What does Njest look like?

Njest is a cloud based service that provides a flexible API for connecting to your finance system for validating your data. Once the supplier’s invoice is ingested it will appear in the view below:

The Njest AI discovery process identifies the key data fields such as Job Number, PO Number, Invoice Number, Invoice Date, Net of TAX, Tax Amount, Total Including Tax, Amount Paid, Balance Due etc.

The user has the option to edit the Discovered Fields. They do that, with the invoice in view:

If the PO Number is present it will be matched to the organisation’s PO and initiate an acquittal process based on the organisation’s practices.

If the Job Number is present it will be matched to the organisation’s job/project masterfile for assignment of Client, Brand, Target Medium etc.

Once all required data fields are discovered, the user can submit the invoice to create the financial transactions in a format acceptable to the organisation’s finance software.

A copy of the invoice is provided with a key to match it to the transactions it generated. In that way it can be uploaded automatically into the backend payables system
